Ash Hall - Switch Back Nose Grind / Nose Grind Nollie Flip Out

Ash blew me away this day. It was the first time he'd been taken here (few have been still) and he skated it with some much style, finesse and ease. I sound like I'm sucking up but I'm not. I've known Ash since he was like 12 or something he's come and gone from skateboarding a couple of times but he's so solid now doing well for him self with the shop and he's affiliated with all the right companies. I'm proud of the guy.

I saw ash just half heartedly try this next one and I said to him 'You must be joking' but he threw it down in only 3 tries!

Matlok Bennet Jones - Making Me Dizzy.

Big lack of updates due to getting moved in work and it may kill me. I do have a bucket load of content that I've held back on but I'll release it now.

This was first sequence I'd  ever shot
Matlok is a machine, in this case he's a washing machine set to spin.

Dead Dave - Back Smith.

Shit lighting and I don't have a clue what the crack is with Daves left arm. In the 10 minutes Dave spent at Rawmarsh bowl he destroyed it.

Maltby Jam

Shit was so hot.

Both my boys Connor and Nathan placed first in their categories. Stoked for you boys.

Connors tail as you can see was balls deep.

More MJB - Back Smith

Always a pleasure to go out on a mission with Matlok. Wakey was far from the original plan but it turned out okay really. Found a bit of street so I think we will be back soon.

The below pic came out very odd, unbalanced exposure and crazy halo to Matlok, I swear some time my LCD monitor lies to me.

MBJ - Backboard

Shot this as a JPEG, something i hate but it didn't turn out too bad at all really.

50mm or die kids.

Scouting Two.

So today rained again and we wanted to skate the spots we found earlier in the week.... We couldn't skate but went deeper and unlocked more gold.

These benches physically took my breath away, 4 of them, skate either side with or with out the gap.

About 10 of these wavy metal picnic benches.  Non bolted to the floor.

Here we have a curved array of ledges.

This area is a little busy but still so sick.

Five of these in a line this is the worst one.

Scouting

Today we had a little skate before it rained but rather then giving in I dragged Tom and Ryan scouting for spots and stuff came up golden.

Tom, Nothing but a Slugger.

Just like the benches in Barnsley town centre really. I'm sure some one will get something here.

Just a bit of marble really, curving the bad way.

Not a clue what this is? in the car park of a Methodist church?

And then we found this place! Insane! The really crazy ramped blocks have little stoppers but manias are still game along with the kickers!

So so many of these blocks, not stopped! Pebble gaps too plenty of possibilities.

Must be 50 of these blocks down there!

This place is in skating distance from the local park!
Longed curved block with kickers and metal coping. I've got plenty in mind for here.

Rob Moxon - BS Nose Grind

Really old and another nose grind but I really like this photo. With out a doubt my favourite skating shot to date.

Jack Newman - BS Nosegrind

A few Sheffield lads came through to Wath today to see some our local gems. Jack was working towards a line with this nose grind in. Two flash set up with only one slave turned on... Live and learn.
